Within the past 15 years of working experience, I have successfully functioned as IT Infrastructure Manager, IT/ MIS Manager, CRM Manager, Systems administrator, Network Engineer and Customer support executive.
Several years of experience in project management, setting up Hardware & Software solutions with high availability and security standards.
In charge of running IT section. Responsible for conducting schedule backup, updates and miscellaneous routines. Ensured Full support of the IT infrastructure.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining security aspects on company’s LAN and internet. Server and user data backup on daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Responsible for the procurement of new hardware and software systems from the vendors and their installations.
