Efthimios Moutselos started his IT career in early 1995 in Athens, Greece. Since then he has proven technical, Managerial, and broad knowledge of complex IT areas, acting as a senior member of leading world-class Multinational corporations.

Acting as IT Manager within the past twelve (12) years, gained valuable experience in areas such as, administration, project management, e-commerce, CRM management, network / internet technologies and the overall aspects and areas of information technology operations.

Has been responsible for the implementation of business information projects, the alignment of annual IT spending and budgeting, the compliance with corporate IT policies and standards, as well as, regulatory and quality-based operational and security procedures.

By the years, joined a number of local and international Workgroups, Committees and management teams, gaining experience on the continuous improvement of his department, staff, and their contribution to the overall goals and corporate targets.

His experience in the IT sector is summarized as:

Management: Initiate and implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibility. Serve as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned. Be actively involved on upper-management's decisions.

Network Administration: Work out current and future IT needs by consulting with people at all levels about the existing production systems, and deciding how improvements could be made. Analyze the information needs of an organization and develop technological solutions to satisfy those needs. Prepare or direct IT policy and plan strategy development.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP Routing, configurations including experience with routers, ADSL Modems & switches, Internet firewalls and wireless technology.
Direct the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing.
Work out priorities for systems developments, maintenance and operations. Control the security aspects of IT systems in the organization, implementation, updation, troubleshooting of antivirus software, etc.

Asset Management: Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products. Ensure that company's assets are maintained responsibly.

Web Services: Webmaster activities, uploading, maintaining corporate sites on web servers. Strong and proven experience on dedicated portal and vortal solutions and their implementation.
